How to Use the New Meeting Location Features

We've added two exciting features to improve your calendar's multiple meeting location options:

1. Display Label for Custom Location:

   Now, you can add a placeholder name for your custom meeting locations. For example, you might use "Los Angeles Office" as a placeholder on the booking widget. Once the booking is confirmed, the actual meeting location will be revealed to the booker.
   
   

2. Ask the Booker as a New Location Type:

   This new option allows the person booking the meeting to enter their preferred location. This choice will then be used as the meeting location for all future references.

How to Use These Features:

1. Display Label for Custom Location:

• Go to your calendar settings and select the calendar you want to update.
• Scroll down to the meeting location section and click on "+Add Location."
  
  
  
• Choose 'Custom' and enter the actual meeting location.
• In the display label input box, type the label you want to display on the booking widget.
• Click "Save" to apply your changes.

2. Ask the Booker:

• Go to your calendar settings and select the calendar you want to update.
• Scroll down to the meeting location section and click on "+Add Location."
• Choose "Ask the Booker" from the list of location options.
  
  
  
• If you have multiple locations set up, an 'Elsewhere' label will appear on the booking widget.
  
  
  
• Click "Save" to update your settings.

Why Use These Features?

• Display Labels provide privacy by showing a placeholder instead of the actual meeting location until a booking is confirmed.
• Ask the Booker offers flexibility, allowing the booker to choose their preferred meeting location, improving their experience and convenience.

These enhancements give you greater control and flexibility when setting up meetings, making it easier to manage multiple locations.
