How to Manage Your E-Commerce Store Inventory

The new Inventory Management page makes it easier for store owners to keep track of their products. You can now easily update product quantities and decide whether to continue selling items even when they are out of stock. 


The page also includes an improved search feature to help you find specific items quickly.


How to Access the Inventory Management Page:

  1. Go to Payments.
  2. Select Products from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on Inventory.


How to Use the Inventory Management Page:

  1. Update Product Quantities: You can change the quantity of any product variant directly from this page.

  2. Allow "Continue Selling When Out of Stock": Toggle this option on if you want to keep selling products even when their stock reaches zero.


  3. Save Your Changes: After making any updates, click Save to apply the changes. If you want to undo the changes, click Cancel.


Searching for Products:

To quickly find a product, you can use the search function. Search by entering the SKU or the product/variant name.


Important Notes:

  • Save or Cancel Changes: Remember to either save or cancel your changes before leaving the page. If you don’t, you won’t be able to navigate away.

  • Missing SKU: If a product doesn’t have an SKU, it will be shown as "NO SKU."

  • View Variant Details: Clicking on a product variant will take you to the variant detail page.
