Google Meet Calendar Integration

If you’d like to use Google Meet to connect virtually for appointments, check out this quick tutorial to get your account set up. You can simply integrate your Google account into the system and then set your User Availability for your meeting/appointment ‘location’ to be a Google Meet link. It’s as simple as that!

Step 1: Integrate Google

  • Make sure you have your Google Account integrated into the system. Check out our integration tutorials if you need help getting connected.

Step 2: Set the Location for your User Availability

  • Navigate to Settings > Profile
  • Scroll down to User Availability
  • From the dropdown, select Google Meet
  • Click Update Availability

Now, whenever you have appointments, the location will be an appointment link for Google Meet.
