Facebook Ads Reporting

Modified on Tue, Dec 6, 2022 at 10:51 AM

The Reporting Tab includes a specific report on Facebook Ads.  If you’ve integrated your Facebook account and are using Facebook for ads, you can view your ad data here.

Step 1: Accessing The Report

  • Navigate to the Reporting section of your system.
  • From the Facebook Ads dropdown menu, choose what report data you wish to view.

  • Choose your desired date period in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Click the checkbox to confirm the date period and run data for the selected period.

Step 2: Viewing The Report Data

  • There are several statistics and data points available in this report.
    • NOTE: The reports for Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads are almost identical. The Demographics report looks different (scroll below).
  • Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads
    • The first row shows graphs for TimeLine Impressions, Impressions per Campaign, and a Publisher pie chart.
    • The second row includes number stats on clicks, impressions, average CPC, and CTR.
    • The third row provides a list of data on each ad campaign (and you can customize the view using the “Columns” button found at the top right of the list.)

  • Demographics
    • This report page shows a breakdown of available data on gender, country, and age. You can also view statistics on clicks, impressions, average CPC, and CTR.

Check back anytime to view the latest data for your Facebook Ads report.

NOTE: If you wish to view reporting metrics for one single day, be sure to check that date as the start and end date. You must have both selected in order for the stats to appear. The example below shows how you can run reports for January 1, 2022 by choosing January 1st as the start and end date:
