How to Use the New Media Shield Personalized Payment-Link Feature:
Business users can now:
Send Personalized Payment Links: Select multiple contacts and send personalized payment links via email and SMS directly from the editor.
Customize Templates: Configure your own email and SMS templates or use the default ones provided.
Pre-filled Information: When recipients open the payment-link, their information (name, email, phone) will already be filled in, providing a personalized experience.
Easy Link Generation: Copy a standard link or select a contact from the dropdown to get a personalized payment link for that contact.
Why is this Important?
Increased Payments Conversion & Reduced Churn: Personalized payment links streamline the process by pre-filling customer data, reducing the chances of customers abandoning the payment.
Time Efficiency & Flexibility: This feature allows business users to send payment links directly from the editor without navigating away from their workflow, saving time and increasing productivity.
How to Use It:
Navigate to the Payments Tab: Go to Payments Tab > Payment Links > Edit.
Copy/Send Button: In the top right corner, you'll see a Copy/Send button (available on saved links or after saving a new link).
Note: Save a payment link first to use this feature. It’s also available for already saved links.
What’s Next?
Soon, you’ll be able to prefill a coupon in the payment-link, making it more attractive for customers. When they open the link, the coupon will be automatically applied, boosting your marketing efforts!
