Media Shield now allows you to collect payments for recurring appointments directly through the booking widget. This new feature simplifies payment management and gives you more flexibility when dealing with recurring bookings.
There are two payment options you can choose from:
Payment for First Appointment Only: This option collects payment only for the first appointment in the series. You will need to manually collect payments for the following appointments.
Payment for All Appointments: This option collects the full payment upfront for all appointments in the series. The total amount may change depending on how many appointments are booked, based on your availability settings.
Important: Partial payments are not supported for recurring appointments.
How to Set Up:
Choose the calendar you want to configure.
Make sure recurring meetings are enabled and the default payment provider is set up.
Go to the "Forms and Payments" tab, select either "First Appointment Only" or "All Appointments" as your payment option, and click Save.
