Media Shield has introduced a useful feature that allows you to add and manage notes for each individual appointment. Here's how to use it:
Access the Appointment Modal: Open the Appointment Modal and go to the Notes Tab.
Add a Note: Click on "Add Note," type your information, and click "Save."
View Notes: You can see who added the note and the time it was added.
Edit or Delete Notes: If you need to make changes, you can edit or delete any note.
Additionally, if you sync with third-party calendars like Google or Outlook, notes added there will automatically appear in Media Shield. Bookers' responses in the "Additional Information" section of your booking form will also be included in the appointment's notes.
