Smart Lists make managing appointments in Media Shield (MS) simpler and more efficient. They save your filter and sorting preferences, so you don’t have to reapply them every time. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Smart Lists
- Preloaded options: Upcoming, Canceled, and All Appointments.
- Create custom smart lists for a personalized experience.
2. Advanced Filters
- Filter by calendar, user, status, creator, and rescheduled status.
- Use AND/OR logic for more specific filters.
3. Sorting Options
- Sort appointments by newest or upcoming to stay organized.
4. Search by Title
- Quickly locate appointments by searching their title.
5. Rescheduled Tag & Filter
- Easily spot rescheduled appointments with a tag or filter.
6. Customizable Columns
- Adjust columns to show only the details you need.
How to Use Smart Lists
1. Access the Appointment Section
- Go to Calendars > Appointments in Media Shield.
2. Create a New Smart List
- Click + Smart List at the top.
- Name your Smart List.
3. Customize Your Smart List
- Add filters, rearrange columns, and set sorting preferences.
4. Save and Use
- Save your Smart List, which will appear as a new tab next to the default ones.
- Click on the tab to instantly apply the saved settings.
5. Edit a Smart List
Or,
- Select your Smart List tab.
- Click Customize List on the right.
- Make changes and save them.
