Now, you can group your snippets into folders for easy management. Simply move existing snippets into the appropriate folders with just a few clicks. This helps you find what you need in seconds, especially when dealing with many snippets. The folder view is available in the Conversations composer, making snippet access even quicker. Don’t want to use folders? No problem—snippets will still show up in a single list if no folders are created.

2. Search and Filter Snippets Easily

Looking for a specific snippet? Use the search bar to find snippets by name, or filter them by type, such as Email or SMS. This search feature helps you find snippets fast, saving you time and effort.

3. Create Duplicate Snippets Quickly

Need a variation of a snippet? You can now duplicate snippets easily, making small changes to create new ones without starting from scratch.
