Account-Wide File Management lets you save and organize files for use across your system. You can search for a specific file, organize them into folders, and reuse across various parts of your system.
For example, you can access the files in the Email Builder.
- Navigate to the Email Builder.
- Create a new email or click on an existing one.
- Add an image element.
- Click “Replace” on the image.
- In the popup file organizer, you can search through existing files, upload new files, and organize them into folders. (In the example below, I have two folders for various types of images.)
There are many benefits to using file management to stay organized in your system and save time. This is just one common example.
