How To Use the Contact Changed Workflow Trigger

The “Contact Changed” Workflow Trigger provides a way to automate actions when changes are made to a Contact Record. 

This includes:

  • Tags being added or removed
  • DND being activated or removed
  • Contact being assigned or reassigned to a user 
  • Custom fields being populated or changing to something specific

Step 1: Navigate to the Automations tab and open Workflows

From here, you can filter specifically what changes in the contact record you want to set off this workflow by using the ‘filter’ function. 

Save the Trigger and add your Actions to the Workflow.
