Supported Media Types

You can host your brand’s media/resources in the Media Library. By doing so, you’ll be able to manage everything in one area, forgoing a cluttered desktop and accessing your assets wherever you are. Here are the media formats supported in the system and within each feature. You can access the Media Library by going to Sites (located in the main menu) > Media or by accessing Media within the Settings panel. Many of the features work with the same file types that are available in the library.

Below is a list of the various file types and sizes you can use within different parts of your system:

• JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .pjpeg, .pjp)
• TIFF/X-TIFF (.tif, .tiff)
• WEBP (.webp)
• SVG (.svg)
• ICON (.ico, .cur)
• GIF (.gif)

Funnels – maximum file size: 100 MB

Social Planner – maximum file size: 10 MB

only accepts:

• PNG (.png)
• JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .pjpeg, .pjp)
• GIF (.gif)

Memberships – maximum file size: 50 MB 

Forms & Surveys – maximum file size: 50 MB

NOTE: You can add an option for contacts to share files in forms and surveys by adding a File Upload custom field.
