How to Use Email Widgets on Dashboard

We have introduced Email Widgets on your dashboard, offering a deeper understanding of your email performance. These widgets let you track key metrics like email opens, clicks, bounces, and more, helping you make data-driven decisions.


Predefined Widgets to Get You Started:

  • Accepted Emails: Total emails accepted.

  • Delivered Emails: Number of emails delivered.

  • Opened Emails: Emails opened by recipients.

  • Clicked Emails: Emails with clicked links.

  • Replied Emails: Emails that received replies.

  • Soft Bounced Emails: Emails that bounced softly.

  • Hard Bounced Emails: Emails with hard bounces.

  • Failed Emails: Emails that failed to deliver.

  • Unsubscribed Emails: Number of unsubscribed recipients.

  • Unsubscribed Emails Daily: Daily count of unsubscribed emails.

  • Emails by Domain: Breakdown by recipient domain.


Customize Your Widgets: You can apply filters like Source, Status, and Domain to refine your data. Choose chart types to visualize the information and access useful columns like Contact Name and Status.


How to Add Email Widgets:

  1. Go to your dashboard.

  2. Click the edit icon and select "Add Widget."

  3. Scroll down to the "Emails" section.

  4. Choose a predefined widget or customize one with filters and chart types.

  5. Click "Save" to add it to your dashboard.


Why This Matters:


  • Instant Insights: Quickly view key metrics such as opens, clicks, and bounces without complex reports.

  • Actionable Data: Click on charts for detailed email data, allowing you to make adjustments instantly.

  • Track Across Sources: See how different sources like workflows or campaigns perform.

Important Tip: To use the "Group by/View by" feature, select a source first and then choose it in the options.
