We’re excited to introduce a new feature that lets you add multiple chat widgets with different designs on your landing pages! Here’s a simple guide to help you get started:
1. Access Chat Widget Settings:
- Go to Sites > Chat Widget.
2. Create a New Chat Widget:
- Click on the option to Create New Chat Widget.
3. Choose Your Chat Type:
- You’ll see three options: SMS/Phone Chat, Live Chat, and WhatsApp Chat. Select the type you want to use.
4. Select Widget for Funnels or Website:
- In your Funnels or Website settings, you can choose the chat widget you created. For WordPress, it will use the default chat widget.
Note: The chat widget you set up will become your default widget.
