How to Attach Files to Estimates & Invoices

Now you can attach up to 10 files to your estimates and invoices in Media Shield. This feature allows you to send additional documents like specifications, terms, or visuals alongside your estimates. Here’s how to use it:


Steps to Attach Files:

  1. Go to the Estimates section under the Payments tab.

  2. When creating or editing an estimate, look for the attachment icon.

  3. Click the icon to upload files from your device.

  4. Make sure the total size of all attachments is no more than 20MB.

  5. The files will be included when the estimate is emailed to your client.


Why This Feature is Helpful:

  1. You can share all necessary documents in one go, reducing the need for follow-up emails.

  2. It helps you provide a professional and detailed estimate, making your communication clearer.

  3. Attachments are only sent when the estimate is emailed for the first time, not in scheduled follow-up emails.
