With the new CP<>Contacts Integration feature in Media Shield, managing community groups and course offerings for your locations is easier than ever. Here's a quick guide to help you use these exciting new features.

What’s New?

1. Add Offers to Contacts Seamlessly

You can now assign offers to contacts directly from the Contacts page, making it simple to manage deals and promotions without switching pages.

2. Group Management Made Easy

Organize your audience by adding contacts to community groups directly from the Contacts page. Whether it’s for targeted campaigns or audience segmentation, this feature saves time and effort.

3. Password Management for Users

Admins can now change user passwords or send reset links directly from the Contacts page. This makes account recovery and security management quick and hassle-free.

How It Works:

1. Access the Contacts Page

  • Navigate to the "Contacts" section in Media Shield.

 2.View Community Groups or Courses

  • If Courses are enabled, the Contacts page will display a Courses section.
  • If the Client Portal is enabled, the Contacts page will show the Client Portal section, which includes community groups.

 3. Assign Groups or Courses

  • Select a contact to view available options.
  • Choose a community group or course offering and assign it to the contact effortlessly.

 4. Manage Passwords

  • Use the "Set Password" option to create a new password for the user.
  • Send a "Reset Password Link" if the user needs to recover their account.

With these enhancements, Media Shield simplifies contact management, ensuring a smoother experience for both admins and users.
